EDD Roots is a direct, food apartheid community-focused, 100% plant-based tasting, teaching and produce access program. From community center-driven vegucation activities to our mobile EDD action truck, we aid in the reduction of disproportional chronic disease rates through onsite coaching, education, tasting opportunities, cooking demos and access to produce within communities that need it most.
